What about the 2016 Back Catalogue?
During the year 2016, the Pyte Foundry released a Display typeface every consecutive Monday, free-of-charge and temporary available for one week only.
A curated selection of these throw-ups is successively re-released under the Pyte Legacy Library, the remaining 2016 Back Catalogue is available for testing and licensing on request.
What about logotype usage?
Using the offered retail fonts for a logotype requires an EXTENDED license, as described here. This permits the use of the glyph shapes as unmodified or modified outlines, safe that the logotype is provided as vector file and not as a font file.
That said, the Pyte Foundry is offering bespoke logotype development, either based on one of its existing typefaces or "from scratch", please reach out to discuss details and get a price quote.
What about the previous font license?
Typefaces licensed prior to May 2025 are valid under the End User License Agreement (EULA) in place at the time of purchase issued together with the font files.
In case of doubt, please get in contact to ensure the font usage happens in accord with the license agreed upon.
What about company growth or business mergers?
In case the company or organisation licensing the fonts is growing regarding its number of employees, no update to the license is required.
Yet, a license upgrade is necessary in case the intended application (e.g. additional logotype, broadcasting or app usage) is not covered by the previously obtained license.
If the the company or organisation licensing the fonts is merging with or acquired by another business, a new license reflecting the usage and tier of that company or organisation needs to be obtained.
What about payment options?
Payment is processed using Stripe, a reliable and safe payment solution provider accepting all major debit and credit cards. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bitcoin are not supported. In case you experience problems or would like to pay via invoice, please do not hesitate to make contact.
What about refunds?
All purchases with the Pyte Foundry are final and without refund option. Please test and evaluate the fonts' fitness for purpose prior to your purchase using the TRIAL fonts available for download on the respective Typeface page.
What about internships and vacancies?
Considering the micro nature of this enterprise, the Pyte Foundry is currently not offering any internships or vacancies, as it can neither provide payment nor workspace.
